Trauma-Informed - Ground and Air
Limitless Yoga Practitioner and Teacher Training
Are you ready to get more out of your life and yoga practice?
This yoga teacher training is designed for the individual who would like to personally and professionally dive into the art and science of a traditional tantra yoga practice on and off of the mat. It is geared towards those who want to live their yoga and/or help others with powerful classes that are adaptive, holistic, and educational.
This is a therapeutically taught training. This is NOT a power or vinyasa-specific yoga training, however, you will graduate with the foundations to teach a variety of styles and students with integrity, including vinyasa and hot classes.
This hands-on training incorporates personal study, group learning, team teaching, and solo teaching opportunities as we learn to combine the traditional philosophies and practices with the science and understanding of today.
