Welcome to Pink Pony Pride 2025, our third annual Pride Festival hosted by Live Beyond Limit! This year, we’re taking Pride to the next level by celebrating LGBTQIA+ empowerment, creativity, and unity.

Pink Pony Pride is more than an event—a movement to embrace our unique identities, celebrate diversity, and foster a stronger, more connected community. With a focus on inclusivity and holistic well-being, this year’s festival promises to be a vibrant and empowering experience for all.

Vendor Information

I appreciate your interest in joining us as a vendor for Pink Pony Pride 2025, hosted by Live Beyond Limit! We are thrilled to bring this empowering celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community to life and appreciate your enthusiasm in supporting our mission.

This year’s event offers booth opportunities to suit businesses, nonprofits, and artisans dedicated to fostering inclusivity and community spirit. Below is detailed information about booth types, guidelines, and the application process.

Important Vendor Information

  • Price: All booth space is $50 all vendor fees will be due no later than May 18th, 2025

    • We offer complimentary booths for nonprofit vendors- please get in touch with Aza for more information.

  • Booth Space: Each booth space is 10’x10’. Vendors are responsible for providing their materials, including tents, weights, tables, and chairs. All tents must be weighted down (at least 40 lbs per corner). Spikes or ground anchors are prohibited.

  • Event Setup and Hours:

    • Setup: Begins at 11:30 AM. Vendors must complete setup by 1:30 PM.

    • Event Hours: Open to the public from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Vendors are required to stay set up until 6 PM.

    • Tear-Down: Begins at 6:00 PM after the event concludes.

  • Community Commitment: Live Beyond Limit is dedicated to fostering a community that celebrates and uplifts the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. Our Pride Festival reflects this commitment, welcoming vendors who share our mission of promoting acceptance, awareness, and inclusivity.

    We invite vendors who can demonstrate a genuine commitment to these values and who actively support our mission of empowering and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. By participating as a vendor, you affirm your understanding of the challenges faced by this community and your dedication to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all.

    We value kindness, respect, and collaboration and expect all vendors to embody these principles. This includes being considerate and inclusive toward fellow vendors and attendees, even when personal views on broader issues may differ. Together, we can create a vibrant, meaningful event that honors and uplifts everyone in our community.

  • Prohibited Items: Materials or depictions involving firearms, marijuana, or other inappropriate content are prohibited. Pink Pony Pride reserves the right to request the removal of any items that do not align with the event’s family-friendly nature.

  • Sales Tax: Vendors must collect and remit applicable sales tax for all merchandise or services sold during the event. Details and tax forms will be provided at check-in.

  • Electricity: No electrical outlets are available. Vendors requiring electricity must bring their generators and take precautions to protect the grounds (e.g., placing generators on plywood).

  • Weather: Pink Pony Pride is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued in case of inclement weather.

Application and Payment Process

  1. Application Submission: Complete the vendor application form by May 1, 2025. Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with Pink Pony Pride’s mission.

  2. Notification of Acceptance: Vendors will be notified within two weeks of application submission.

  3. Payment: Booth fees are due within 14 days of acceptance notification to reserve your space. Failure to pay within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of your booth space.

  4. No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once submitted.

By applying to participate in Pink Pony Pride, you acknowledge the importance of celebrating and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. You agree to adhere to the abovementioned guidelines to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
