This training teaches:

• Anatomy and Physiology with Biomechanics for Aerial

• Teaching Psychology and Methods

• Basic Energetic and Yoga Philosophy

• Safety and Risk Management

• Aerial Yoga Postures and Sequences

• Scalability/Progressions

• Rigging and Equipment Maintenance

• Liability

You will receive an Aerial Yoga Teaching Manual and be required to complete the following due within 4 months of taking the training to receive final certificates:

• 15 community service teaching hours

• 8 student evaluations

• 30 contact hours

• 5 unique aerial flows for different themes

• Completion of AYTT Final Exam

• $600; Save $150 with our early bird registration before July 1

• Active YTT Students receive 20% off this training

• Extensions are granted for $100 per month needed.

• If you must miss part of the training contact hours, you'll be required to work privately for a discounted rate of $75/hr to complete the content missed
